• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines may extend due to weather, public holidays, and unforeseen logistics issues.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are usually processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day.

Orders containing prescription-based medicines will be processed only after validating the prescription.
